All shipments will be sent with a signature confirmation or a tracking number. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Buyers outside the EU, please note that customs forms must be filled out accurately and honestly. Please be aware of customs laws and duties in your country before importing. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

If you still have not received your parcel after the estimated shipping time, please go ahead and track your item with the provided tracking number or contact your local post office for the most updated and detailed information about your parcel. Most postal carriers require the signature of an authorized recipient for international parcels, and if you are not at home at the time of delivery, they would leave a notice. Please contact your local post office ASAP; if you wait too long to claim the package, it will eventually be sent back to us. Once it is returned to us, we will have to ask you for a re-shipping fee to send it to you again. Please note that only the fee for the goods, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Lost and damaged parcels: if your parcel was lost during the shipment or arrived damaged, please contact the Personal Gifts team as soon as possible via help@personalgifteu.store. In case of damage, attach a few photos or a video of the parcel together with the tracking and order numbers. We will try to resolve the problem quickly, all cases will be discussed personally.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your package. For the payment refund, the purchase must be not damaged, in the same condition, UNUSED as we sent it. A refund will be made after the purchase is returned. The shipping cost will not be refunded and deducted from free shipping orders as well.

In case you refuse / cannot pick up your parcel from the Post office and it comes back to us, only the fee for the goods, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded.

We can customize and personalize many of our products.

We do not check the spelling, so please ensure it is correct before submitting your order.

Each of our products is unique and different due to the varying nature of wood.

NOTE: Due to the natural grain and colour variations between wooden boards, your item's colour, and grain figure can differ slightly from those in the listing photos. The engraving colour can be darker or lighter. Accessories are not included.
